Certifying Authority of the DSC not trusted

When user uploading MCA PDF form on MCA website and error is displayed "The Certifying Authority of the DSC that you are using is not trusted. Please use the DSC issued by one of the trusted Certifying Authorities mentioned in the MCA portal" or as shown below

Solution:

1. Sometime MCA website does not recognise the trusted chain of certifying authority so you are requested to upload the PDF form after some time.
OR
2. You are requested to download and install root chain of DSC from our website www.signdsc.com and then upload the MCA PDF Form.
